at the moment the bitcoind tab shows initial placeholders while waiting on data from bitcoind which isn't available until its RPC service is running.

bitcoind RPC results in sendBitcoinReport: error.RpcInWarmup error until operational. this is exacerbated by the #29 becaue the error is printed on the tty and eventually overwrites the whole screen.
