ngui: high CPU usage when in standby mode #15

as soon as the UI goes into standby, i see 100% CPU usage. touching the screen and thus activating the UI brings CPU back to normal.

not sure what the root cause it. probably not constant reading from evdev in non-blocking mode because that's also what lvgl normally does. needs investigation.
